Event and exhibition organisers are now setting themselves up for a return to business, with a number of events rescheduled and anticipated to take place in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic.

The impact of coronavirus had seen a number of print and/or packaging events postponed, especially those that fell in the spring and summer of 2020. Major casualties included Fespa, interpack and drupa. All three have now been rescheduled, with Fespa set for October 2020, interpack to take place in February 2021 and drupa to open its doors in April 2021.

Autumn events such as Labelexpo Americas 2020 and the next edition of Printing United currently remain on schedule.

The Digital Print for Brand Success Conference 2020 is set for 19 November in London. More details are available here

A new event, Printing Expo, has also been launched by Resolve Business Management. This is a virtual exhibition, claimed as a world first for the print industry. Printing Expo will go live in June 2020.

Also set for June is the first FuturePrint Virtual Summit, which takes place 2-4 June. Free for all attendees and participants, the objective of the summit is to provide an online platform to connect the international print industry, to facilitate knowledge sharing, valuable networking, product and service updates and provide the inspiration and support to stimulate business during and beyond this very challenging period.

InPrint Munich, ICE Europe and CCE International have now been confirmed to co-locate in March 2021. A refreshed Packaging Innovations will also take place in early March next year, at the NEC in Birmingham, UK.
