Dantex Group has promoted Justin Nowell to the position of digital director for its Pico division, effective 1 May 2024. The company states that the move reflects the division’s ongoing growth and strategic focus, as well as Mr Nowell’s contributions to date.

Previously the digital manager within the division, Mr Nowell, explained Dantex, has been a cornerstone in the company’s digital sector, delivering ‘exceptional’ results in customer installations and colour management. His experience and innovative approach has been key in enhancing service and support operations across Dantex’s global subsidiaries.

As digital director, Mr Nowell will spearhead initiatives aimed at restoring service and support frameworks and introducing cutting-edge methodologies. His leadership will be important in improving internal and customer support processes. He will also be involved in developing new commercial strategies to benefit both new and existing customers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
