A B Graphic International (ABG) sought to reinforce its global presence during 2023 with a series of strategic visits by key personnel, designed to strengthen customer relationships and reaffirm the company’s commitment to supporting local markets.

ABG already has a significant worldwide presence with offices in the UK, France, Spain, Holland, Germany, the US and Chile. It collaborates with 60 distributors globally.

To strengthen and further such a global position, ABG sales manager Mark Hyde recently conducted a visit to Australia and New Zealand to secure sales for the high-spec Digicon Series 3. His itinerary covered various cities, reflecting ABG’s commitment to its southern hemisphere customers. With rising demand reported for ABG’s beverage-specific Digicon Series 3, plans are now being put in place to hold ABG’s first Australian Open House in 2024. This will be staged alongside Currie Group, ABG’s primary distributor in the area.

Mr Hyde has also reinforced relationships and closed deals in various countries over the course of the year, including in Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Israel, the US, Canada, Ireland, Belgium and Germany.

DigiJet and DigiLase product manager Floriana Montella has also had a busy year, exampled by a recent trip to Asia to establish relationships with new customers, participate in HP’s VIP event, and to collaborate with long-standing distributors in the region.

Ms Montella, who is also a global company ambassador for ABG, said, ‘Having a global presence is crucial for us at ABG. We consistently strive to cultivate robust and meaningful connections with our clients, distributors and partners. This commitment enables us to effectively share information about ABG’s solutions and offer extensive support to our international network.’
