South Africa’s First Impression Labels has joined All4Labels, the global packaging group.

This has seen Hirt and Carter Group, an integrated marketing firm headquartered in South Africa, sign an agreement for its subsidiary, First Impression Labels, to become a wholly owned subsidiary of All4Labels Group.

The group is a global packaging manufacturer with an expanding footprint. First Impression Labels supplies high value labelling products for multinational and domestic customers, and is headquartered in Durban, South Africa. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
