With last year’s inaugural Digital Labels & Packaging Awards still fresh in the memory for many, winners from that day have shared their thoughts on achieving success in the awards programme.

As a dedicated competition to celebrate the entire digital print packaging value chain, the Digital Labels & Packaging Awards launched in 2022 with 10 categories representing large swathes of the industry. From awards for the main print processes and application-specific categories, to design, innovation and sustainability, the awards provided all those using inkjet and toner-based technologies to not only print but also convert sheets and reels into saleable labels and packaging the opportunity to put their best work forward for the chance to take home a prize.

Here, three of the 10 companies to claim a Digital Labels & Packaging Award in 2022 share their thoughts on achieving such success:

This year’s awards programme has been extended to 14 categories, with ‘Variable data, ‘Best new company’, ‘Self-promotional print’ and ‘Future star’ added to open the competition up to even more of the industry.
