Hybrid Software has developed a number of new technologies as it seeks to help printers and converters, ‘move their business forward’.

These developments include:

  • The latest version of Packz, with optimised usability and added feature extensions including one for variable data printing (VDP);
  • Stepz, a new interactive software package based on Packz to allow the preparation and execution of step-and-repeat and VDP tasks for digital printing of labels and folding cartons;
  • Tectonics, a job assembly application to save plate material;
  • Cloudflow drivers for HP Indigo, Xeikon and Domino digital presses;
  • Cloudflow RIP, offering seamless screening for plate sleeves, a new calibration application and NPC support;
  • Cloudflow plug-in suite, facilitating interaction with the workflow from the desktop or from Adobe Illustrator and Packz;
  • Cockpit, a new process management and integration module for Cloudflow; and
  • New drivers for EyeC and BST eltromat inspection and quality control systems.

The developments will be shown at both FachPack and Labelexpo Europe 2019, taking place at the end of September.
