Dantex is now offering PicoCare, a service contract for its Pico range of digital presses designed to cater to the diverse needs of its customers worldwide.

Emphasising Dantex’s commitment to ‘delivering exceptional support and product satisfaction’, PicoCare comes in three distinct packages, Basic, Basic+ and Advanced. With all customers being invited to sign up for a service agreement, the packages offer varying levels of support and benefits, allowing the customer to choose the option that best suits their individual need and budget. PicoCare can be included in the purchase of a Pico press or acquired through an annual agreement or a multi-year contract. This flexibility ensures that customers have the freedom to select the most suitable arrangement for their requirements.
