Turkey-based label printer Çiftsan Etiket Ambalaj has invested in a seven-colour Durst Tau 330 RSC.

The company, based in Istanbul, produces high-quality labels for national and international customers.

The Durst Tau 330 RSC is available with a 330mm print width, offering CMYK+OVW in full-speed mode. A production capacity of 1584sqm/h is achievable with a printing speed of 80m/m in full colour, including white. A native resolution of 1200 x 1200dpi is achievable in combination with a 2pL drop size. A new automatic maintenance feature sees automatic cleaning of the printheads in a contact-free way through integrated maintenance unit. Also, a new ink save mode allows Tau RSC users to reduce ink costs at an average of 12% on a CMYK press. Durst Analytics software reports production data in detail.

Çiftsan Etiket Ambalaj general manager and co-owner Hakan Yolgun said, ‘It is exciting for us to cross our paths with Durst on this long road we set out to produce the best labels and packaging in the world.
