Hybrid Software has established an annual user meeting in the UK, dubbed the Hybrid Huddle. Together with partners Arden Software, Cerm, Creative Edge, Fujifilm, GMG Color, ThermoFlexX and Zünd, the company met with users at the Hilton, St George’s Park, near Burton Upon Trent, on 15 March, where it presented the Packz and Cloudflow software offering for packaging.

Chairman Guido Van der Schueren welcomed the participants, saying, ‘We want to know what your challenges are. The most important asset we have is our willingness to listen to our customers and act on their requests.’

‘We continue to develop our software and this is only the start of the journey, but we can only do it with you,’ added sales manager for the UK and Ireland, Paul Bates. ‘If you are having a problem, odds are someone else has encountered the same challenge. In today’s world, we have to be both a pre-press specialist and an IT company to deliver solutions tailored to your needs.’

The day continued with detailed demonstrations of the latest updates to Packz and Cloudflow, along with presentations explaining how Hybrid integrates with Cerm’s MIS, GMG’s colour management systems and Creative Edge’s 3D software.
