A B Graphic International (ABG) has established a dedicated operation in Poland as part of its strategy to expand support for customers in the country’s label and packaging sector.

The company said the new operation, ABG Poland, has been created to provide customers in Poland and the wider Central European region with local commercial support, Polish-language communication and access to the company’s technical and engineering expertise.

According to ABG, the move reflects its long-term investment in the Polish market and is intended to strengthen relationships with converters by providing local support alongside its international resources.

The company said the new operation will focus on supporting customers as they respond to industry challenges including efficiency, sustainability, ESG requirements, EU regulation and circular economy targets. ABG said the local team will draw on the company’s international experience to provide guidance on technologies and production practices adopted in other markets.

ABG said customers will also have access to local engineering support backed by its global technical team. The company added that some members of the local team have previously worked with ABG and bring experience of supporting customers in Poland.

Anton Humeniuk, ABG’s dedicated representative for Poland, said: “ABG Poland is here for the long term. Our aim is to give customers direct access to ABG’s people, technology and expertise, while providing the reassurance of local support in the Polish language. We want to build close relationships with converters and help them improve productivity, reduce waste and respond to the changes shaping the future of the label and packaging industry.”

ABG, which is family owned, said the investment forms part of its wider approach of combining local customer support with its international operations.

Mr Humeniuk added: “Customers in Poland can now work with a dedicated local team while also benefiting from the full resources of ABG. That combination of local execution and global expertise is what makes this such an important step for the market.”
