The global sleeve label market grew by 3.7% in 2025, according to the latest market analysis from AWA Alexander Watson Associates.

The “AWA Sleeve Label Market Report 2026” estimates that sleeve labels accounted for approximately 20% of global label volumes during the year. The market includes heat shrink TD, stretch and RFS/ROSO MD sleeve technologies.

Heat shrink TD remains the dominant sleeve label format, recording global growth of 3.9% in 2025. Growth across smaller formats, including stretch sleeves and RFS/ROSO MD, also contributed to the overall expansion of the market.

Food, beverage and household chemicals were the three largest end-use sectors, together representing 91% of the global sleeve label market. Within the beverage sector, sleeve labels are used across a range of beverage categories.

Asia recorded the strongest regional growth in 2025, with the sleeve label market increasing by 4.3%. According to AWA, growth in the region made a significant contribution to the increase in global market volumes.
