The Print & Packaging Think Tank has rebranded as The Directors’ Forum, an exclusive network for directors and senior leaders within the print and packaging industry.

The forum focuses on current and emerging issues affecting the industry and its supply chain, while offering a platform to hear from business experts on topics such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, marketing and legislation. Speakers have also included representatives from organisations such as the Bank of England, supporting informed discussion around business performance, future planning and growth.

Designed to encourage collaboration, the forum enables members to explore innovative solutions, address industry-wide challenges and share perspectives on the future of print and packaging. The setting is intended to foster strong professional relationships and long-term connections among senior leaders.

Andy Pond, managing director at Formara, recently joined the forum and explained his reasons for doing so. “Joining the BPIF Directors’ Forum in 2025 allowed me to meet with senior figures in print to share our experiences, knowledge and thoughts on the state of the industry in an informal setting. Understanding the challenges that we all face and collaborating with like-minded people is invaluable to both myself and therefore, Formara in general. I’m looking forward to the lively and informative discussions planned for 2026.”

Charles Jarrold, chief executive at BPIF and host of the forum, outlined its purpose and format. “The Directors’ Forum meets three times a year, bringing together a curated group of business owners, founders and chief executives from across the print industry. It offers a unique opportunity for business leaders to discuss current topics, share insights and expertise, and strengthen relationships. Held over a relaxed and enjoyable dinner, the BPIF organises the event and hosts a keynote speaker who provides thought-provoking insights to spark stimulating conversation throughout the evening.”
