Domino has appointed Tom Tripp as its new digital printing sales manager for corrugated, as the company continues to expand its digital printing business in North America.
Mr Tripp will be responsible for leading business development efforts related to the Domino X630i, a digital aqueous inkjet press designed specifically for the corrugated packaging sector.
Bringing more than 35 years of experience in the printing industry, Mr Tripp’s background includes 15 years in operations and 20 years in inkjet equipment sales. In his new role, he will focus on helping corrugated converters adopt digital printing technologies to meet evolving market demands, such as faster turnaround times, shorter production runs, and increased sustainability.
“The opportunity to work with a team focused on advancing digital printing solutions for corrugated packaging is exciting,” said Mr Tripp. “I look forward to supporting the growth of the X630i platform.”
Domino representatives say Mr Tripp’s combined operational and technical expertise will support the company’s goals in the growing digital corrugated printing segment.
“Tom’s experience in both print production and inkjet sales makes him a strong addition to our team,” said Mike Barry, Domino national sales manager. “His knowledge will be key as we continue expanding in this market.”
