Herma UK has appointed Emmanuel Odofin as managing director of its self-adhesive materials division based in Newbury. He replaces Paul Eggbeer who will retire on 30 June.
Mr Odofin brings leadership and technical expertise to Herma UK, having held senior roles across the labelling, automation, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as managing director of the UK subsidiary of MCC Label.

Odofin’s career includes a 12-year tenure at automation and technology company ABB, where he held senior management positions. These included vice president roles overseeing programmes and inventory for measurement products in Northern Europe, and director positions leading European value chain transformation initiatives. He also served as general manager of UK product manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence and process optimisation.
