Durst North America has promoted Steve Lynn to the newly established role of executive director, North America. This new leadership role has been created to support the company’s continued growth and to align with its strategic direction in the region.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr Lynn brings expertise in managing sales in hardware, software, services, and consumables. His background in technical and inkjet solutions him well to guide Durst North America through its next phase of development.

In his new role, Mr Lynn will be responsible for driving continued growth, supporting product development, and refining customer engagement strategies. He will take on broader responsibilities focused on enhancing Durst’s equipment solutions and maintaining the level of support customers have come to expect.

Durst North America president and managing director Tim Saur highlighted the company’s intent to support product innovation and customer success through this change. He added: “Steve’s proven expertise, incredible work ethic, and deep understanding of the industry make him the ideal choice to guide our next growth phase.”

Christoph Gamper, CEO and co-owner of Durst Group, also emphasised the importance of strengthening the leadership team in North America to better serve regional customers. He said: “With Tim’s excellent leadership and vision, and Steve stepping into this key role, we’re doubling down — stronger team, sharper focus, and a full push on delivering new technology and even better service.”

Durst said the leadership transition is part of its broader efforts to invest in its people and infrastructure to support long-term business objectives while remaining focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
