Ranpak, provider of sustainable paper-based automated packaging solutions for e-commerce and industrial supply chains, has launched the Print’it! in-line printing solution.
The unit can print full-colour customised designs on up to 15 boxes of varying heights per minute, supporting personalisation opportunities by allowing operators to manage requirements for multiple brands or create emotional connections with end-customers through unique messages. The solution removes the need for multiple SKUs of branded or pre-printed boxes while enabling downstream box customisation and branding within a standardised automation setup: where packaging is right-sized, a lid is applied, and unique designs are printed without adding additional touchpoints. The Print’it! solution allows custom printing on boxes of varying heights.

Working in tandem with a Cut’it! EVO height-reduction and box sealing machine or other lidded box system, it can add custom full-colour printed designs to packaging along a single automation line. The ability to support separate branding for individual packages on a single line is an ideal match for third-party logistics providers (3PLs), e-commerce businesses, and other fulfillment parties looking to gain a competitive edge in their packaging presentation, supporting limited time offers, seasonal designs, birthday messages, and more.
