Scodix has added Paolo Tettamanti, Xavier Bastie and Slawomir Iwanowski to its global team in order to expand its business development infrastructure and meet growing demand for more economical and sustainable embellishment.

Mr Tettamanti is the company’s new Italian sales manager and brings more than 30 years of experience in the graphic arts to the role, having held various positions in multinational companies. This includes a 13-year career at HP.

Mr Bastie (pictured) is responsible for expanding Scodix’s footprint in the French market as sales manager for the country and all other French-speaking countries. After graduating from a print school in France, he has spent his 23-year career in various positions in the graphic arts industry, including more than a decade at Flint Group.

Joining them is Slawomir Iwanowski as global channel director. His extensive experience in generating growth in revenue and profitability from direct and indirect sales comes from working at various print technology companies, including HP, Xerox and Kodak. At Scodix, he will focus on building and managing global channels for the company.

Mark Nixon, executive vice president, sales and marketing at Scodix, commented, ‘Their extensive experience and knowledge of the industry will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business. Since we introduced the larger B1/41in format some time ago, and now with the quality boost we’ve given to Scodix Foil, we need the additional support to meet the needs of packaging and publishing printers. Our team is set on the path to disrupt analogue embellishment methods.’
