Surface treatment specialist Vetaphone is has strengthened its management structure of the back of consecutive record sales years and with an eye to the future.

This seen Jan Eisby take up the new position of chief business officer (CBO), where he will share with his brother and fellow director Frank Eisby, the task of focusing on the long-term strategy for the company. In their respective roles, Jan Eisby will focus on building customer relationships through R&D and an educational programme of knowledge sharing, whilst his brother, as CEO, will concentrate on the development of products and technology from the sales and production perspective.

This has also allowed Kevin McKell the opportunity to step up from his role as vice president of technical sales and become chief sales officer (CSO) at Vetaphone. This role gives him overall responsibility for the sales, marketing and support functions at Vetaphone. ‘This is a natural progression from his previous position and will further strengthen our customer-facing activities,’ the company noted.

The overall aim of this development is to free up the Eisby brothers by leaving day-to-day running of the company to the management group, so permitting Jan and Frank to focus on Vetaphone’s ambitious plans for the development of the business and its technology up to 2025 and beyond. It also coincides with the start of major investment in the Vetaphone Academy.
