Global packaging group All4Labels has officially opened Pouches Powerhouse, a new dedicated production site in Nocera, Italy.

The company has identified flexible packaging as a fast-growing market, where there is increasing demand for lightweight, adaptive and sustainable packaging.

To meet customer demand, All4Labels has expanded its product portfolio and has brought the entire production process for pouches in-house and under one roof. This has included the installation of digital printing machines, laminators and pouchmaking machines at the new site in Nocera.

All4Labels COO Dr Günther Weymans commented, ‘We are constantly listening to market needs and have strong focus on the fast development of innovative and efficient solutions. We want to be a benchmark in our industry for digital and sustainable solutions and the opening of the first Pouches Powerhouse in Nocera marks another important step in this direction. Thanks to our in-house production line, we will help brands find the best solutions for packing their products.’

Pouches Powerhouse is noted by the company as, ‘representing a fundamental milestone in the digital and sustainable growing path of All4Labels.’

With the capability to print variable data and support from All4Graphics, All4Labels’ dedicated design unit, Pouches Powerhouse can offer a wide range of creative and customisation possibilities.

All4Labels’ president in Italy, Antonio Iannone, added, ‘I am proudly unveiling this new Pouches Powerhouse, a great technological achievement for Italy that will be serving customers from the whole group. The opening of this new site confirms All4Labels’ entrepreneurial spirit and reinforces the leadership in the Italian printing industry.

‘We have been structuring an efficient production line with all the needed competences in-house with the aim to be fast, effective and responsive to needs of our customers with tailored solutions also with short printing runs.’
