Avery Dennison’s Label and Packaging Materials (LPM) division in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (EMENA) has shuffled its senior management team in an effort to strengthen its presence in the region.

This sees Burak Sahbaz, who previously lead marketing activities, named its new vice president, sales. He succeeds Noel Kasmi, who is now vice president, marketing. Both took up their new roles effective 1 June,2021.

Noel Kasmi’s history with the company spans more than 25 years, and has included technical and sales roles. As Mr Sahbaz’s predecessor, he spent nearly four years serving as vice president, sales. In his new position, he will be driving the overall marketing strategy, accelerating and developing sustainability and long-term innovation for the future of packaging with a focus on moving the company’s ecosystem 360 initiative forward.

Mr Sahbaz has spent nearly a decade at Avery Dennison in senior sales and marketing roles, having previously worked for DuPont and Honeywell. He Sahbaz will leverage his extensive experience in sales and marketing at Avery Dennison to continue ‘pushing the next levels of customer centricity’.

We have both the understanding of customer needs and the range of innovations needed to meet their requirements and challenges successfully, and to help them grow profitably.’
