Michelman has further invested in its Printing & Packaging business segment by adding two new associates, to better anticipate and serve its customers’ needs in the digital printing and flexible packaging markets.  

This has seen Gianluigi Rankin join as global marketing manager for digital printing. Mr Rankin will be responsible for the global market strategy and programmes in Michelman’s digital printing segment.  He brings 25 years of digital print industry experience, most recently as the director of product management at Memjet. Prior to that, Mr Rankin held a variety of product marketing and product management roles with HP.

Heather Ecke has joined Michelman as account manager for flexible packaging. She brings 20 years of experience in the packaging industry through both technical and customer-facing roles. She spent the early part of her career in technical sales support and laboratory positions. Most recently, Ms Ecke spent five years at Futamura, helping converters incorporate cellulose-based film products in sustainable packaging applications.
