A new award category has been added to this year’s Print, Design and Marketing Awards directly reflecting ‘commitment, ingenuity and dedication’ shown during the coronavirus pandemic.

The ‘Above and beyond’ category is aimed at people, teams and organisations working in print, design and marketing who have demonstrated, ‘incredible commitment, ingenuity and dedication during the coronavirus pandemic.’

In announcing the new award, Whitmar Publications, the organiser of the Print, Design & Marketing Awards and publisher of Digital Labels & Packaging, stated, ‘During the coronavirus crisis the entire industry has come together to make sure our sector and wider society continue to thrive. That’s why we thought it was only right to add a brand new award to recognise the people, teams and organisations going above and beyond during the coronavirus pandemic.’

The deadline for entries to this year’s Print, Design & Marketing Awards has been extended until 22 May, with the entry requirements also streamlined.
