Infigo Software has entered into a partnership agreement with Devia Software, furthering its expansion in the US and strengthening support to customers further afield.

Since 2005, Devia Software has been partnered with print and communication providers and their clients to help build custom web-to-print solutions. As a partner to Infigo Software, Devia Software now offers a variety of web-to-print options, including RFP and RFQ consulting, template creation, skinning Infigo’s Catfish web-to-print (W2P) platform, software integration, and customisation of the MegaEdit online editing tool.

Greg Young, customer success director at Infigo Software, said, ‘We have been working with the Devia Software team for over 12 months now, and in that time, we have seen a real increase in customer interaction and support. Devia Software’s technical knowledge, customer service and W2P background brings a wide skill set to our customer success team for all of our users to benefit from.’

In addition to expanding its product offering to the US market, the partnership with Devia Software allows Infigo Software to increase its support to 13 hours a day in key geographies worldwide. This represents an additional five hours dedicated to serving customers, as Mr Young explained. ‘We decided from the start not to restrict the Devia Software team solely to our US customers so it means that clients in Australia, the UK and mainland Europe get access to them as well. Being able to provide 13 hours of support a day, from both UK and US teams to our ever-expanding client base is somewhat unheard of and we are proud to offer it.’
