Laura Ingoldby has joined Ultimate Digital in the role of customer service executive, the first step in the company’s efforts to develop the team to help deliver future growth in digital flexible packaging.

She brings to the role almost a decade of experience in the print industry, including spells at Reflex Kingsway and latterly at Kingsway Printers.

In her new role, she is responsible for producing quotations for new and existing clients, sales support and processing orders alongside colleague Kathryn Goldsmith, who has worked for the company for nearly two years as digital account executive.

Ms Ingoldby said, ‘Having worked in the digital label sector for some time, it’s a refreshing change and I’m really excited to be part of the team to help gain more knowledge and experience within this particular sector.’

Ms Ingoldby is the first person to be appointed to the company’s newly established business development team. The team is led by long-term business development manager Rachel Read.

Chris Tonge, executive director at Ultimate Group, said, ‘It was great to be able to get Laura to join our digital team, as she brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. She really seems to be enjoying the demands of the flexible packaging sector and certainly has hit the ground running.’
