Konica Minolta has opened a new showroom in Europe, focused on all of its main industrial printing technologies.

Located in Bratislava, Slovakia, the 480sqm Digital Imaging Square houses industrial printing systems from Konica Minolta such as the AccurioJet KM-1 and MGI JETvarnish 3D Evolution. According to Konica Minolta, the goal is to, ‘create a creative print gallery, where affiliates and their clients have the opportunity not only to see the devices at work, but also to experience first-hand the possibilities of extraordinary processing of print materials.’

Pavel Ucen, head of sales, industrial and production printing cluster east, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, commented, ‘We got the best currently available technologies for production printing and subsequent processing in Bratislava. Our aim was to create a space for world-class industrial printing.’

Further, Digital Imaging Square is to run a strategic printing centre focusing on printing of high-quality demo prints for all Konica Minolta branches across Europe, while organising presentations of respective technologies for the Central, South and Eastern European branches.

Mr Ucen continued, ‘We will regularly organise a variety of events and reinforce our existing good relationships with professional printers and partners. Together with our other divisions, we would like to make the showroom a space where every visitor gets a complete and comprehensive overview of our services, facilities and solutions. From improving everyday business processes, digitising, professional printing to innovative and creative packaging and product labelling.’
