Switzerland-based Nanovis, a developer of cleaning systems and parts washers for the print industry, has developed a new manual system for HP Indigo digital press components.

Bella DC-1300 is a 1340 x 800 x 1530mm unit designed for manual cleaning of ink tanks, application rollers and other parts from an HP Indigo press. It uses an HP-specific Imaging-Oil during the cleaning process.

A continuous brush enables quick and easy removal of ink residues, while an integrated recycling system cleans the Imaging-Oil and recirculates it. Nanovis note this promotes economical and sustainable operation of the unit. Low emissions mean no air extraction is necessary, so the system can be installed flexibly and operated without further protective measures.

Bella DC-1300 is to be promoted by Nanovis at Labelexpo Europe 2019.
