Software provider eProductivity Software (ePS) has appointed Mackenzie Henderson as its new chief people officer, responsible for leading the company’s global people and HR strategy.
In the role, Ms Henderson will oversee people operations across all regions, with a focus on strengthening global consistency, supporting business strategy, and using technology and data to enable continued growth. She will work closely with senior leaders to align people initiatives with long-term organisational goals.
Ms Henderson has more than a decade of experience in human resources, primarily within technology companies. She has held senior HR leadership roles in North America and globally, supporting organisations through periods of growth, structural change and acquisitions. Most recently, she served as global HR leader at a project management software company.
“Mackenzie brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to people leadership that aligns strongly with our culture and growth ambitions,” said Doug Braun, CEO of ePS. “She understands the importance of building on our strong foundations while continuing to evolve how we support our people and leaders globally. We’re excited to welcome her to the executive team.”
The company said Henderson’s appointment reflects its focus on building a scalable and consistent global people function as the business continues to expand.
Ms Henderson added: “As ePS continues to scale globally, my priority is ensuring our people practices are aligned, consistent, and supportive of both the business and our employees. That means fine-tuning what works well today and ensuring HR is equipped to support the organisation’s next phase of growth.”
