Antalis Packaging has appointed Steve Chappell as business development manager – premium packaging, supporting the company’s continued investment in premium packaging solutions.
Mr Chappell assumed the newly created national role on 1 April 2026. The position has been established to support the growth of Antalis Packaging’s Premium Packaging Solutions service, which provides businesses with end-to-end packaging support.
The service is designed to help organisations review, develop and manage packaging projects, covering areas including concept development, design, production and stock management. Antalis says the offering aims to help businesses improve packaging effectiveness, sustainability and operational efficiency.
Mr Chappell joins the role with experience in board sales at Antalis and knowledge of the packaging sector. His responsibilities will include supporting customers with packaging strategies, developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Mr Chappell said: “Antalis is encouraging brand owners to take a fresh look at their premium packaging. A big part of what I do is bringing together sales, marketing and sector expertise to create innovative packaging for clients that not only enhances brand impact, but also delivers commercially, while keeping a close eye on environmental considerations and evolving regulations.”
The Premium Packaging Solutions service is aimed at businesses of various sizes, including e-commerce retailers and specialist brands seeking to improve packaging performance, customer experience and sustainability outcomes.
According to Antalis Packaging, the appointment reflects its ongoing focus on innovation, customer service and the development of commercially focused packaging solutions within the premium packaging market.
