Friedheim International has been appointed the exclusive UK sales partner for Sun Automation Group, expanding its presence in the corrugated packaging sector.
The agreement enables Friedheim, supplier of print finishing, converting and packaging technology, to represent the full range of Sun Automation Group solutions across the United Kingdom. The portfolio includes Sun proprietary equipment, machinery from Latitude Machinery Corporation (LMC), and PARA material handling systems.
Sun Automation Group is known globally for its corrugated box production technology, designed to support productivity and operational efficiency. Through the partnership, UK customers will have access to feeding, printing and converting systems, as well as machine intelligence platforms and retrofit support for both new and existing equipment.
LMC’s product line includes flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters and printer-slotters, with machine sizes ranging from compact 660mm x 1800mm models to larger 2200mm x 5500mm configurations. PARA, which has manufactured machinery since the 1970s, provides material handling systems such as pre-feeders, palletisers, stackers and in-plant transport solutions.
Friedheim stated that its existing spare parts inventory and team of full-time engineers were key factors in securing the partnership. Customers in the UK will be supported through Friedheim’s established sales, installation and after-sales service network.
