German manufacturer Rosas Maschinenbau celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. In this landmark year for the company, it has introduced a limited-edition Viper 750 tabletop rewinder series, launched at Labelexpo Europe, added a second production facility in Diedorf, Germany, and unveiled a new logo, which it says symbolises its heritage and forward-looking vision.

Founded in 2000, Rosas Maschinenbau has grown from a small engineering workshop into an international manufacturer of specialised machines for label inspection, high-speed digital printing, RFID solutions, FanFold systems. With expertise spanning mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics engineering, Rosas delivers systems, which it believes, sets industry benchmarks for flexibility, speed, and sustainability.

The company recently unveiled limited-edition versions of its Viper 750 tabletop rewinder series. Limited to just 25 units worldwide, the Viper 750 has web speeds of up to 750m/min and a variable web tension range of 0.1 to 21 N. Each unit is fully customisable, supporting advanced camera inspection systems, label dispensers, printing units, and RFID/NFC integration.

Now in its second generation under David and Anita Rosas Wolf and their children Maurice and Lara, Rosas Maschinenbau continues to blend tradition with innovation.
