Zeus Packaging Group has acquired KOEX Packaging Solutions, a premium packaging business headquartered in Spain, to strengthen its capabilities in specialty, luxury retail, and sustainable packaging solutions.
The addition of KOEX Packaging Solutions is complementary both commercially and strategically, enabling a fully integrated capability across packaging design, engineering, sourcing, production, and logistics.
KOEX brings specialist strengths in luxury and retail packaging, enhancing Zeus Packaging Group’s premium offering and ensuring customers across Europe can access end-to-end packaging solutions from concept to delivery. KOEX also brings clients in the United States, further extending the group’s international reach and ability to serve global brands across multiple continents.
The combined group can now offer customers the ability to stock and serve across multiple markets, leveraging over 65 production and logistics locations throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe, and North America. This network enables global brands to achieve consistency across their entire estate of locations, while benefiting from localised service and scalable supply.
