Manufacturer of hardware, labels and tags, Sato Europe, has announced the appointment of Armelle Jaclot as its new European marketing director.

In her new role, Ms Jaclot will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy across Europe. Her remit includes strengthening Sato’s brand positioning, driving demand generation and supporting the organisation’s transition towards more solution-led, value-based and customer-focused marketing.

Jaclot brings a background in B2B marketing across the technology, EdTech and education sectors, with experience working in digital and multicultural environments. Most recently, she served as global marketing director, where she led international marketing strategy and performance-led campaigns across multiple business areas, covering brand, content, events and marketing automation. She has also worked on digital transformation initiatives and the use of AI in marketing.

Laurent Lassus, head of Europe at Sato, said Ms Jaclot’s experience would support the company’s evolving approach to customers.

“Armelle brings the blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution that European organisations need as buying journeys become more complex and more solution-driven,” Mr Lassus said. “Her experience aligning marketing and sales in digital-first environments will help us support customers and partners with clearer positioning, stronger demand creation and more consistent value communication across the region.”

Jaclot said she was joining the company at a time when customer expectations are changing.

“I’m excited to join Sato Europe at a time when customers are looking for outcomes, not just products,” she said. “My focus will be on helping teams across Europe tell a clearer solutions story, improving how we generate and convert demand, and building marketing that supports long-term customer value.”
