US-based provider of solutions in pressure-sensitive films and adhesives Flexcon has appointed Nick Tucci as its CEO. As part of the transition, former CEO Aimee Peacock, Nick Lupoli, chief operating officer, and Matt Gardner, chief financial officer, have departed the company.

Mr Tucci brings more than 25 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive label and roll-to-roll manufacturing industries, having previously led business units at Avery Dennison and served as chief financial officer and Advisory Board member for 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company. The company said his proven track record in driving execution, building high-performing teams, and delivering customer-focused innovation makes him uniquely qualified to lead Flexcon through its next chapter.

Mr Tucci commented: “Flexcon has a rich legacy of innovation and customer partnership, and I’m excited to work alongside this talented team to build on that foundation to sustain future growth. Working together, we will focus on driving operational excellence to best serve our customers, accelerating growth in market segments where Flexcon differentiates itself, and delivering innovative solutions that solve specific challenges and create value for our customers and the markets we serve.”

Mike Foley, CEO of 44 Maple Group, said: “Nick’s leadership style and deep industry expertise make him the ideal person to guide Flexcon into its next chapter. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Nick and have seen first-hand his ability to build and inspire teams, drive innovation and strategy, and deliver results. I’m confident that under his leadership, Flexcon will not only strengthen its position in the market but also set new standards for customer partnership and operational excellence.”

Neil McDonough, executive chairman of 44 Maple Group, added that he is confident the new leadership team will honor those values while driving Flexcon forward and ensuring long-term success for its employees, customers, and communities.
