Hybrid Software Brandz has released Artflow 25.09, the latest version of its artwork and packaging management solution, designed to improve workflow efficiency, compliance and automation for brand owners and their supply chains.
The update introduces several new timing features intended to make project delivery more predictable and less stressful. A real-time Gantt chart gives teams a clear overview of progress and more accurate delivery forecasts, while retro planning allows scheduling to be built backwards from launch dates. Flexible revision times can be set for each review stage, and automatic alerts notify users early if deadlines are at risk.
Copy management has also been enhanced with AI-assisted rules to support compliance validation. A fuzzy search tool helps locate copy directly on artwork, while customisable language displays let users choose which languages are visible during proofreading. Additional grouping, filtering and sorting options aim to make handling complex copy sheets quicker and more reliable.
Integration has been expanded with the introduction of a Public API, built on Azure API Management, offering secure and scalable cross-system automation such as synchronising product and brand data. Artflow now also connects directly with MyCloudflow, Hybrid’s SaaS workflow automation platform for packaging graphics, enabling automated functions including barcode placement, packshot generation and step-and-repeat creation.
