Before it has even been officially launched at Labelexpo Europe the Digifast One from Prati has been selected by the Nuceria Group to increase productivity.
The Nuceria Group is a leading producer of labels, foldings, flexible packaging and printed packaging consumables.
Guido Iannone, general manager, said, ‘Prati has always been our principal partner for finishing equipment. We have been working together for years and to date we have 15 inspection and finishing machines installed. We have no doubts as to how the Digifast One will stay true to Prati’s ability to offer high-performance finishing equipment, optimum productivity, time-savings and reduced waste.’
With speeds of up to 80 m/min, the Digifast One will increase the company’s productivity. The unit takes just over eight minutes to complete the set up using smart design features and intuitive controls to switch from one job to the next. No more than 18 metres of waste are generated during set up, which saves on running costs and materials.
