Enplater Group, a leading Spanish flexible packaging printer founded in 1962, has installed its second HP Indigo 20000 press in two years, as it expands its digital offering to the Spanish food packaging sector.
The BRC accredited company, which also exports to France, the UK, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal, serves a wide variety of markets, including fresh and frozen food, drinks and dry goods, and confectionary and pet foods.
Traditionally a gravure printing company, Enplater started offering digital print in 2014 to meet the demands for shorter runs. ‘The printing quality of the HP Indigo 20000 encouraged us to choose the same model and manufacturer once again,’ said marketing manager Albert Valldeperes. ‘Our strong innovation plus the experience with HP makes an excellent combination, enabling us to generate new business opportunities for our clients.’
