Further to the announcement by Baumgarten, Rako and X-label last September, the merged companies have now revealed that the new name of the group will be All4Labels Global Packaging Group.
The name change is expected to take a year to complete. The headquarters of the new group are located in Witzhave, near Hamburg, Germany, and the group remains an owner-managed company. Matthias Kurtz and Adrian Tippenhauer of Rako, Tim Fiedler and Jan Oberbeck of X-label, and Fernando Gabel of Baumgarten are all members of the executive board.
