Esko’s Eddy Fadel has been promoted by parent company Veralto to become president of industrial inkjet printing and coding solutions supplier and fellow Veralto company Linx.

Mr Fadel has been with Esko for nine years, helping to transform the business from a hardware-focused operation into a comprehensive automated ecosystem, supporting customers with integrated solutions and delivering sustained business growth, said Veralto. Earlier in his Esko career, he also led the successful transition of the company’s supplier business to a subscription model.

“This well-deserved promotion recognizes Eddy’s outstanding leadership, business accomplishments, and the significant impact he has made across Esko over the past nine years,” said Mattias Byström, senior VP and chief segment officer for Product Quality & Innovation at Veralto.

“As president of Linx, Eddy will lead the business with a mission to reignite growth, strengthen market leadership, and position the business for long-term success. His role is pivotal in ensuring the business continues to support manufacturers worldwide with reliable printing and coding technologies that improve productivity, traceability and compliance.”

Mr Fadel said he looks forward to “building on the strong foundation of Linx and working closely with customers, partners and colleagues around the world”.

Replacing Mr Fadel as interim general manager of Esko’s Digital Flexo business is Thomas Klein, who has held a variety of leadership roles within the company’s flexo and finishing businesses during a 34-year career at the company.

Mr Byström said his “extensive industry knowledge and long-standing customer relationships position him well to continue advancing the Digital Flexo strategy”.

Mr Klein added: “Digital Flexo remains a core part of the Esko portfolio and the company’s long-term growth strategy. Our customers can expect business continuity, ongoing investment in innovation, and the same commitment to service excellence that has defined the business for many years. Together with our customers and partners, we will continue advancing the Digital Flexo ecosystem to help packaging converters succeed in a rapidly evolving market.”
