Megnajet has expanded its portfolio of ink delivery systems with the launch of the RackFit SP, a new pressure-fed fluid management system designed to meet the growing demand for compact yet scalable solutions in industrial printing.
Developed for OEMs and integrators operating within limited space, the RackFit SP features a slimline “blade” configuration that allows multiple units to be stacked side-by-side — enabling high-quality fluid management without increasing the overall system footprint.
Expanding Megnajet’s established RackFit family – which already includes the RackFit LFR and RackFit Gravity – the new system is engineered to maximise usable space in production environments. It is particularly suited to narrow web label printing systems and compact industrial printers, where enclosure space is often at a premium.
RackFit SP integrates seamlessly into production environments without compromising functionality, supporting efficient machine layouts, simplified system upgrades, and scalable fluid delivery across modular print platforms and multi-station lines. It can also be retrofitted into existing setups with ease.
Capable of handling high-viscosity fluids in high-temperature applications, RackFit SP includes an integrated heater that supports fluid temperatures up to 85°C. This thermal regulation ensures stable, pressure-fed delivery and consistent flow, enabling compatibility with a wider range of jettable chemistries and unlocking new material and application possibilities.
“We developed RackFit SP to meet our customers’ need for high functionality in a small space,” said Mike Seal, general manager at Megnajet. “Its compact, lightweight construction means it can be easily integrated into OEM machinery builds, maximising flexibility while minimising cost. We are looking forward to seeing how RackFit SP can integrate into our customers’ applications and help them achieve even greater efficiency and performance.”
